Kabba Transport provides a platform that connects Riders with community drivers to facilitate transportation services. Kabba Transport is not a transportation carrier or transportation service provider.
User Accounts
For Riders
You must create an account to use the Kabba Transport Platform as a Rider. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information updated.
For Drivers
To become a Driver, you must meet the eligibility requirements and complete the driver application process. You must maintain a valid driver's license and adequate insurance coverage.
Transportation Services
Requesting Rides
As a Rider, you agree to:
- Provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations
- Treat Drivers with respect
- Not engage in violent or inappropriate behavior
- Not transport prohibited items
Providing Rides
As a Driver, you agree to:
- Maintain a valid driver's license
- Maintain adequate vehicle insurance
- Provide safe and professional transportation
- Accept rides within your service area
Payments
Riders agree to pay for rides as displayed in the app. Payment is processed through the Kabba Transport Platform.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for illegal purposes
- Harass or harm other users
- Attempt to circumvent the Platform
- Use the Platform in a manner that interferes with its operation
Disclaimers
The Kabba Transport Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Kabba Transport does not guarantee the availability or reliability of the Platform.
Limitation of Liability
Kabba Transport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Kabba Transport harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Platform.
Termination
Kabba Transport may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time for any reason.
Changes to Terms
Kabba Transport may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
